It gets worse by the day. They rent out to anyone; the pool is always full, with loud music and glass bottles of alcohol. The entire property is out of control
They are scammers, they lied to me that everything is fine, I met all their criteria (income, credit score), they falsely charged me $100, they took me to the place 4 times... I do not recommend them, the staff is very polite, but do not be fooled by their fake smile
BEWARE BEWARE !!!! This apartment complex is absolutely HORRIBLE . Out of all the staff, only one person seems to actually know how to do their job — the rest clearly don’t care. There are random people constantly coming and going, and it feels unsafe. Police show up every other day arresting someone. For this to be my very first apartment with my family, I expected so much more. The property itself is filthy.
