If you're thinking of moving here, just don't! Just moved in and day one it's been awful. Thanks to management changes, everything I was promised for move in specials didn't carry over. So no bonus months rent, no washer/dryer in unit, etc. And no on-site laundry room either; a basic amenity nearly anywhere else....
