I applied the process was super easy! Amy and Patricia are the best leasing agents!! Lease with both of them if you would like great deals and a easy process to move in
Would not recommend this complex to anyone. Be advised you can only have one guest over 7 times in a single month. 15 guest passes for all guests in total. If you have a girlfriend or family member who would like to visit you, plan accordingly. Front office is constantly rotating with new employees who are worthless and will smile in your face when they see you asking for clarification with office related issues. I am extremely disappointed with my experience living at The Vineyard. For a property that is supposed to provide a comfortable and well-maintained living environment, the reality has been completely unacceptable. When I first moved into my apartment, I was shocked by the terrible cleaning conditions. The apartment was not properly cleaned, there were burned-out light bulbs, a missing faucet, and a broken washing machine that was leaking water. Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever lived. They haven’t closed all of the gates once in the 2 years I’ve lived there. I’ve seen cars get put on blocks and have their windows smashed out as a result. Packages also constantly get stolen. The leasing office is quite literally impossible to get ahold of. They don’t answer calls or emails, ever. That’s not an exaggeration. So if you need help with anything rent related, you’ve gotta show up in person before they close.
