I've been going to Vinette on McArthur Ave in Ottawa for many years. They always give me prompt and excellent service at good prices. I highly recommend them.
I've dealt with Vinette for many years now, and a few of my cars. John recognizes my name and cars. I don't like getting pricey repair bills, but John takes the time to explain the work, importance and tries to negotiate a fair price. I recommend seeing John or Jenn for knowledgeable and affordable mechanic work on my vehicles.
Wife went there a few times and liked the service.
Their service and mechanics are highly skilled and knowledgeable . I love that place. Been taking my vehicles there since 2010. Although some of the faces have changed over the years, the service has not. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for it's next service.
Very courteous service. Quick to find what the problem was and, as no repair was needed, no charge. I will definitely be returning! Much appreciated! 2025-06 I continue to appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable professionals at this auto service centre. I can count on them to answer all my questions and concerns.
