You know, I try not to leave negative reviews, but this is the second time this has happened to us. The first time, it was one thing after another and excuse after excuse. We would be ghosted and have to reached out for answers. Yes, every excuse, I can screenshots to back it up…and there are multiple. I’m all about grace, but it was literally one thing after another.
