I went to Dr. MacFarlane for stiffness in my neck and upper arm. I was impressed by her professionalism and her willingness to listen to my problems and ask how I wanted to proceed. Jenna Macfarlane is a great professional and very helpful. She really took the time to understand my back problem and gave me the services and resources I needed to help with my pain and recover. She provided me with well-rounded, knowledgeable information for the treatments I can seek out. She even follows up with emails and over-the-phone appointments as needed.
Dr. Macfarlane is 5 star. She really took the time to get to the root of my body (aches and pains) problems. Asking the right questions and probing and treatment, she has my body feeling 100% better. I never feel rushed, and always feel she really cares.
