I'd rate there diagnostic service as poor. I had a parasitic battery drain with the key out that killed my battery. They found a drain at the fuse for the A/C clutch and said they don't do those repairs. I'm assuming they thought my A/C clutch was bad. I took it to a 1 tech shop I found on craigslist who happens to be a great mechanic. The real cause was an A/C relay 1 ft from from the Power Distribution Box Vineland Auto Electric focused in on.
