Do not recommend this place for avian services. Took our small bird and while there asked for a wing trim. Technician cut wings incorrectly. After 5 years of flying, our bird can’t properly land and therefore can’t fly anymore without injury as a direct result. Will take a year for the feathers to grow back and recover. It’s really basic avian knowledge and their staff should’ve known better.
Warning- do not take your pet here. I took my 3 month old, 10 lb puppy here for a check up. During the check-up, the vet administered 3 shots in a row to my dog, without taking into account her size, age, or tolerance of vaccines. After being administered so many shots in one sitting, my puppy was incredibly ill for 3 days- throwing up, diarrea, not eating or drinking water. I ended up hospitalizing my dog and the new vet was shocked that her 10lb body had been given so many drugs at once- for reference, this is usually the ... read more
