I think Dr. Joshi was not bad. However, at the end the communication with her receptionist was not good. I called a few months go when i found out she was leaving to work out a new doctor and they said one would be coming to the practice in her place. Then I was told the new doctor does not take my insurance the day before Dr. Joshi left. Now I am still waiting for my insurance to be updated to a new doctor and there is a gap in care because of this. Dr. Joshi is a wonderful physician. She is an excellent caretaker, who provides the highest quality of healthcare for her patients. Dr. Joshi easily engages her patients with her warm and caring demeanor. It is apparent that her interest in her patients is genuine, and extends beyond their physical health concerns.
