Extremely rude shop owner who has absolutely no customer service skills. Charges a 50c credit card surcharge for an item yet doesn’t tell you like you are supposed to. The shop has an unpleasant odour and is not at all welcoming. Will not be visiting this shop again. Stay away from this awful rude place. She has no idea how to treat customers and when I asked her a simple question she responded very rudely. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
Gloria and friends did a quick and nice job on my box braids…..2 hours max
The shop owner was very disrespectful from the get go and uninvolved. I will not return and recommend going to Inala for your hair needs.
Gloria always gives me the hair style I want. Much laughter at the salon as well and great products. I travel far and it's worth it. Peace is always very friendly and I also like Cynthia's work.
