I accompanied my father on a visit to be seen by Dr. Mark Vine and the service we received was poor. The receptionist did NOT seem to be aware how to communicate with people who did not share the same cultural and/or racial background. She portrayed a very “stank” attitude when communicating with my father. It was highly unappreciated and some cultural training would be beneficial for this office/clinic.
