Horrible place to receive medical care. The receptionist is rude and agressive, and the doctors have no idea what they’re doing at all. It’s a surprise they even went to medical school, I’m genuinely at the point where I believe their diplomas must be fake given the level of incompetence in this surgery. Avoid them if you can.
I had a baby with some milk intolerance issues and Dr Van Biljon has answered numerous requests from me always helping and being supportive with the situation. Very professional and helpful as a first time mum it’s been hard and he has been nothing short of amazing. The receptionist Madeline has also signposted me to the right support and has been helpful on multiple occasions, even a smiley face as you go into the surgery helps when you are having a stressful time. Been with the surgery for just over a year now...nothing but problems! Have been without my contraceptive pill for at least a couple of weeks now as my 1st 2 requests were ignored, 3rd request I got an automated response that I should go to pharmacy 1st (even though I've stated more than once I have the pill for endometriosis...which I am now doubled over in pain from), finally on 4th request Dr Baker himself issued it. Atrocious! We have been used a busy, efficient and reliable practice at our previous address in Derbyshire. The level of incompetence is beyond belief. Appointments cancelled with no prior warning. Important Prescriptions constantly having to be chased up. Even the pharmacies are aware of their poor service and blatant lies!
