Awful mortgage brokerage to work with and would suggest looking elsewhere. Many experienced agents are leaving due to poor management and communication which has caused the company to scramble and start firing staff but disclosing it as "temporary lay offs". What they are actually doing is making AI handle a majority of the application and data input and then hiring new staff members at an extremely below market rate and then firing existing staff members without notice or paying any severance.
