Unprofessional. Had to wait 40mins for my scheduled appointment and then when I was there my stylist was too busy on the phone and talking and worried about the clothes that it took 2 1/2 hours to get a simple style and color. My total time there was 4 1/2 hours-too long for my precious time. I tried to go again for benefit of it being new but it was the same experience. Others have said the same. Keep looking, this is NOT your salon!!
