Dr. Koneru is a genius, she is compassionate, listens I mean really listens and truly cares about her patients! I am so blessed to have her as my neurologist! The staff is amazing as well! If I could give her more stars ⭐️ I would!
I saw this doctor quite a few months back after my traumatic brain injury. She sat, staring ant me And seemed shocked Because I was crying and confused. I explained that I had several traumatic brain injuries in my life. This doctor had no idea how to help me do not go to her if you’ve had traumatic brain injuries because she’ll just sit there and look at you like you’re crazy. Very happy with the doctor. The drawback is the receptionist, . Once I was late (25 minutes) and I sat patiently waiting (30 minutes )and then she informed me that it was approaching and hour and I wouldn't be seen, also I couldn't get an appointment for another 3 months. What was the point of me sitting there if the "clock" was still running? Today I arrived 20 minutes early and was told that I was early 😑.
