I booked online through an agent app, but I received no information that the front desk closes at 6 PM. The check-in time is 4 PM, so does that mean I can only check in between 4 and 6 PM? It was stated that the front desk could be reached by phone from 6 to 8 PM, but when I called around 7:30 PM, no one answered. As a result, I had to forfeit my reservation.

The family and I stayed here for an overnight trip to Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island. It was very clean and well maintained and full off a classic charm that you just don't get out of the chains. The location was incredible, 2 minute drive to downtown Mackinaw City and from the ferry to Mackinac Island. I also really appreciated that they send you your door code ahead of arrival, so we were able to arrive on our schedule and go straight to our room without having extra steps and hoops to jump through to get checked in. We have been here before and everything has stayed consistent which is nice. Clean rooms, convenient location, within walking distance to downtown area, restaurants, and the viewing of Mackinaw Bridge.

Found this on Airbnb and reserved a last minute room. This is a cute motel with very clean rooms. Easy to get in. It's a great location to visit downtown Macinaw.
