Overall a great stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very enjoyable, the room was clean, it had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The smart TV was a nice touch and very much appreciated. But with all the nice things their was a couple of things I didn't like. Firstly the shower head was spraying water in every direction and needed to be replaced. I booked online through an agent app, but I received no information that the front desk closes at 6 PM. The check-in time is 4 PM, so does that mean I can only check in between 4 and 6 PM? It was stated that the front desk could be reached by phone from 6 to 8 PM, but when I called around 7:30 PM, no one answered. As a result, I had to forfeit my reservation.

The family and I stayed here for an overnight trip to Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island. It was very clean and well maintained and full off a classic charm that you just don't get out of the chains. The location was incredible, 2 minute drive to downtown Mackinaw City and from the ferry to Mackinac Island. I also really appreciated that they send you your door code ahead of arrival, so we were able to arrive on our schedule and go straight to our room without having extra steps and hoops to jump through to get checked in.
