Our experience at this reception venue was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, guests were arriving, but the servers hadn't even arrived yet. Everyone had to wait over 30 minutes before any food or drinks were served. When the food finally came out, the portions were very small. I NEVER leave reviews, but after this experience, I honestly felt like I had to. This was by far the most unprofessional venue I've ever been to. From the moment the event started, things were already going wrong. The staff showed up late, guests started arriving around 5PM, and it took forever for the food to come out. do not recommend. save yourself a headache and avoid this place for your event.
just recently went to a wedding here and I just have to say to really look at the negative reviews before booking this venue, please save yourself the headache and stress that comes with the staff not showing up on time, the venue not being fully ready for the event, and lack of professionalism. When the venue was asked to take accountability they refused and justified the staffs actions before acknowledging that sort of behavior as a business is unacceptable.
