Encountered a rude and inconsiderate Vinciguerra truck driver on Hwy 89 at Lake Tahoe on November 4..The driver was varying the speed excessively and did not to use a pullout to yield the lane to faster traffic. At the Taylor Creek bridge we stopped for a few seconds to see if the Kokanee run was underway; there was no room to park or pull over. He roared up behind us and blew his horn for about five seconds.. At the Hwy 89 & 50 intersection he blew his horn at us again..
