I called last minute on a Friday and I was easily accommodated. Everyone was so friendly, caring and professional. My gel manicure was so neat and perfect. I will be back when I visit Columbus.
The lady (I believe its Nina, I forgot) that took care of my service was absolutely lovely! She made my experience 1000 times relaxing and comfortable. I even treated myself to their mimosa service that they provide. She really took her time to care for me and I left feeling amazing! The service that I chose was the Vinci Pedi service plus the gel service and I got a french tip. She massaged my legs with such precision I almost nodded off a couple times.
