I purchased a Vinci citrus juicer years ago from QVC. I love everything about it. The pour spout recently broke so I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything they could help me with. They told me I could purchase a replacement bowl which comes with the spout but I only really needed the spout. They were so kind and told me they would send me a replacement spout at no charge.
