I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in for a balayage and left with severely damaged hair and looking like a grandma with gray hairs. My hair feels rough, hard to brush, and the highlighted pieces are stringy and breaking, leaving my top head with missing pieces since those parts broke off! What’s worse is that my hair was quickly blow-dried and styled, which made it harder to see the damage right away and they tried to HIDE IT and did not mention the damage. Tina is next-level talented. I came in with a picture that ChatGPT created for me — a specific layered, face-framing look — and she absolutely nailed it. I have seen J.P at this salon for the past 20 years. I've never had a bad hair cut. I got every 3 or 4 months to keep my hair healthy and yangle free.

I have been going to Vince since I was a child, I’m now 22 and I refuse to go anywhere else. He does the best haircuts and perms I’ve seen anywhere. 100% recommend.
