I've been ordering from vinces for almost 10 years. Since covid hit causing the old staff to leave and Vince and his wife to stay home, THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL. Its sad because I literally ordered food here all the time. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but each time my food hasn't been good. Cold, sloppy and just no good. Unfortunately they have lost my business for good.

This was my first time ordering for my family of five from Vince's Pizza Plus. The people on the phone hung up on me after I called to inquire why it had already taken an hour and a half for my order to arrive. the wings are undercooked and I'm afraid to eat them. They taste like they've been cooked in a microwave. The pizza isn't bad, but for a place that boasts how long it's been in business, I feel like you guys should have your game together a little bit better.
My girlfriend was harassed for forgetting her mask when she politely apologized for not having one when all we were doing was picking up our order. She was blatantly disrespected and we’re not taking our service back anytime soon. ✌🏻

I have been ordering from Vinces for 25+ years and the food has always been on point! Always! Today I was told 30-40 mins, food arrived after an hour and a half ( called at the hour mark and was told it was on its way ) Needless to say it was ice cold! $75 dollar order. I called and the employee decided to argue that there was NO way the food was cold and that it came right from the oven to my house. Seriously Vinces?
