Super helpful service and kind
While traveling through Colorado with the horses, Vince's really helped us out of a jam. The fuel pump went out while on i70 about 20 miles away. I called them, they recommended a towing service which got us quickly back to the the shop. Their diesel mechanic got to work on the truck shortly and got the truck running just a few hours after the new part arrived and the powertrain warranty covered it. Salute to the entire service department staff and Mr Vince! They were all very concerned and courteous! Thank you!
Best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had! Deidra and Tim were great to work with. Easy, fair negotiating and top notch customer service! In and out in under an hour. This is what small town service is supposed to be! 10/10!!
I was driving through the state and in need of a tire balance or wheel alignment, I asked if they could help and they said yes. However, then told me they were fully booked out and couldn’t squeeze me in.. despite arriving right then they opened. I find this to be incredible inconsiderate customer service, do not go here if you’re in a pinch!! They won’t help you.
Shout out to Vince GM Center, GOD BLESS YOU ALL! We are from Missouri and headed to Montrose and started having issues with the DEF in our new Z71 duramax. Drove up to the service department and they took is right in. The tech was able reprogram the system and get us back on the road within the hour. The service man and tech listened to our problem, diagnosed it, and fixed it. You folks in Burlington are very blessed to have such a great dealership in your area!! Thanks guys
