I visited Vince’s Cyclery to complete the purchase one of the bikes I researched on the Specialized website. Vince was friendly and welcomed me into his shop and showed me the bike I was interested in. After 2 or 3 tests rides to determine my size and comfort, I chose the Rockchoper Sport. Vince answered my questions, offered some tips, and completed the purchase. I loaded my new bike into my truck and drove home with a smile on my face!
Thank you Vince for the bike build. Eventhough I didn't source most of the parts through him, he was still happy to help me build my bike! Great service and true to his time estimate!

Vince does excellent work on my family’s bikes. Recently, I brought my Mongoose hybrid (mountain bike frame with street tires) in for a new rear wheel, 2 tires and a seat. He said it would be done in 4 days but it was ready in 3. When I say this thing rides like a brand new bike, I mean it! Smooth, quiet ride, gearshifts easy and accurate plus the new gel seat makes my ride feel better than new! Thanks Vince!
