I had an issue with the plastic under my bumper dragging. An annoyance that I feared would put me back 1-2+ days on my road trip. Daryl helped me out on the spot! Saved me so much energy and time and fixed the issue immediately. I feel SO lucky. Highly highly recommend, he truly saved my day/trip. I could be happier. Wonderful customer service all around xx
I highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center! (Previously known as Vince's Auto Body). Heidi the receptionist, Monica the manager and Kevin who performed my estimate were all extremely, kind, knowledgable, efficient and courteous. The office was beautifully decorated and clean, which was a surprise considering the type of business. It only took a few minutes for the inspection of my vehicle and Kevin made some fantastic recommendations on how to handle my claim and even removed the "transfer" from my rear bumper!
