Guy on the phone seemed chill, but after coming in at the time given (to run a diagnostic/AC fixed) I showed up to a sign saying be back in 45 min. Called to see whatsup and told to wait 15 more min. It was 80+° and after waiting for 25 min I dipped. I'm sure the service would've been decent per the recommendation I got, but I'm not trying to waste my time waiting again.
