On September 4 2025 my brake pads were sounding horrible I needed to get them replaced so I looked up on Google auto repairs near my area and Vince auto repair is what popped up I called in advance to see if he was available to take a look at my car sure enough he was. I dropped it off then went back home waited a couple hours He called and gave me a full rundown with my brakes. Guy on the phone seemed chill, but after coming in at the time given (to run a diagnostic/AC fixed) I showed up to a sign saying be back in 45 min. Called to see whatsup and told to wait 15 more min. It was 80+° and after waiting for 25 min I dipped. I'm sure the service would've been decent per the recommendation I got, but I'm not trying to waste my time waiting again.
