I wish I could share the screenshots I have of the communication between Ricky of Vincents Auto Body Shop and myself. I've given him the patience and professionalism you'd expect from a paying customer. I have also paid him ($100 up front before the job was even started, and the balance when I picked up the car). DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! THIS SHOP IS THE WORST. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON MY BRAND NEW CAR. THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR FOR A LONG TIME. THEYLL PROMISE TO PAY FOR YOUR RENTAL THEN LEAVE YOU WITH THE BILL. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL SHOP.
I wish I could describe the disappointment in words of the work completed on my car. The paint quality isn't the same. My car was apparently hit on its way back to me which took entirely too long for the amount of work it needed. My car returned with a large scratch on my hood and my seat is completely broken. My bumper isn't lined up on my car correctly, it's puckering. I was told by Vincent and John that they would contact me in a few weeks to "look" at it. Haven't heard not once from them since.
