I had set up an appointment with them , they confirmed it with me about five times messaging and sending spamming emails to my phone. I was running 10 minutes late because of car trouble and I called them and told them that I was on the way and that I'd be there in 5 minutes.And they told me , don't bother, they would not even reschedule. Waste of time.
Incredible experience, it seems like a lot of the reviews are about the staff, but we had great interactions with them and doctor Vincent is absolutely incredible. He’s very straightforward and really takes time with his patients!!
Highly knowledgeable MS Dr. He is kind and patient and let us ask a ton of questions and once a treatment had been decided he sat and went through the entirety of a very thick packet of information about the medicine with us. He gave us so much encouragement that MS is treatable and the future looks much more optimistic. Very blessed to have found Dr Vincent!
I almost did not go to Dr Vincent because of Google reviews. I am very fortunate that I did. At 46 I have been diagnosed with recurring remitting MS. I found Dr. Vincents bedside manner to the highest standards of the medical field. Keep in mind no bedside manner is going to have you leaving for home with a cure for MS, and without need for life style changes. I just left this office in tears. I have NEVER met a more condescending, rude, egotistical man like Dr. Vincent. I wasn’t able to get through even half my symptoms before he gaslit me, mocked me, and then said I probably have cancer so I should focus on that! He needs to retire and stay away from working with other human beings.
