Answered any & all questions so average layman like myself could understand. Took his time explaining what to expect & I never felt rushed. Simply put I left his office happy that I changed hospitals from St Vincent in Indy to Lutheran. ALL employees were very friendly & very Kind. & Everyone has a Great sense of humor when dealing with me. Thanks. Very Impressive organization.
