Krystal came out to give an estimate and promised an email that day or the next and has gone radio silent since then (2 weeks ago). I have reached out via telephone, email, even their website...to no avail. If you aren't up for the job, just say so, don't ignore potential customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

won't return calls to correct poor workmanship. Painted my house and the painted trim is peeling. When I have reached them they tell me they will schedule me to come out and correct. has been over a year now and never corrected.

Had scheduled an appointment through HomeAdvisor for them to come out and paint today. I get a call this morning saying they had painters not show up for work and the lady coming to give me a quote had to paint instead. I didn't want a quote, as one was given to me on HomeAdvisor, I wanted them to paint. Had taken off work for them to get he job done today. Time is of the essence on this job, so I will not be calling back to schedule anything.
