Dr Torres is the worst doctor I’ve ever experienced. We called after hours and he was on call. He belittled and demeaned my wife. She needed help in knowing what to do regarding my covid symptoms. Dr Torres never asked any questions but instead stated “ how should I know what to do” it was our expectations that the doctor would walk through the situation and help provide options for next steps.
