This place is the worst establishment I've been to in my entire life. Last week I had an appointment scheduled at 2PM and I arrived on time ready to be seen. This appointment I was forced to wait an hour before I was seen without any remorse for the lost time working and without an explanation. I had another appointment today at 1:30 and with traffic in Boston ended up being 20 minutes late.
