RecommendedI needed chimney work on our house that we recently purchased. One company came by and told me we needed a whole new chimney and gave me a $4000 estimate. Vincent came by later that day and gave me an estimate that was far less. It turns out that my chimney did not need to be rebuilt and that the flashing and the chimney itself was in great shape. Vincent did not charge me for work I didn’t need and gave a very fair price. On top of that, he fixed a few loose bricks I had on the front staircase and weatherproofed the steps!
