I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
