My three children have been going to Dr. Loffredo for almost 5 years now. I really appreciate the connection Dr. Loffredo has made with my children. They have built a lasting trust for Dr. Loffredo. My questions and concerns are always answered thoroughly. I can count on same day appointments if needed. Overall, I'm glad that my children have a great Pediatrician.
Rude, curt. His staff is awful. They talk about patients right in front of other patients. The one aide who is very tall and heavy is so mean and disrespectful. She seems to be the main reason why so many people leave. I went a second time aND one of the receptionists, Pam, was every bit as rude and hateful as she was. Will never ever return.
