arthur vincent is friendly in person, and they made me feel cared for after my closest relative passed when i first came in. i paid them $750 for "engagement" and all they did was send a basic letter i could have done myself. didn't even spell my name correct on the engagement doc to hire them. no follow up or follow through. i've had to ask for any updates and speak to a different attorney just to find out what my actual options are. doesn't respond to emails to even explain what's going on. not worth $750. wouldn't recomme... read more
