Never came here before; Came to get my glasses adjusted because they were squeezing my head and irritating behind my ears. The nice woman behind the desk was happy to assist in adjusting them and making them fit more comfortable, as well as being a generally wonderful and delightful person! I will be recommending this place as a preferred optometrist, simply because of the wonderful customer service offered by the front desk attendant!
Brittany is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I have been Dr. Clayton's patient for many years, and I love the staff. This a awesome optometry office/practice. Both Moreno Valley& Riverside offices are wonderful!

Don’t take your glasses to get adjusted because if they damage them you’ll be on your own. I took my glasses and they burned them and when I told them what they did, they said it was already there. They adjust the glasses by heating them! My glasses clearly have heat damage on them. But they just straight face lied! I’ve been going for years with my family so I’m very disappointed that they were not one bit concerned. They basically lost their patients who have been going there for years. Taking my business somewhere else!
