Had some issues with this agency over the past several months. My policy lapsed and I was not aware of it. It was an honest mistake but I had to switch insurance companies to get my car back on the road. I switched that day and just got a call From a collection agency for an outstanding balance of $102. I have used them for the past 20 years with multiple vehicles and homes. It’s just a shame that small businesses who were so helpful for so many years changed and cannot accommodate loyal customers.

He also worked with my mortgage company to help with the home closing without any issues. Vincent provides regular updates about new offerings & coverages and is quick to respond to any queries/issues as well.
