They automatically booked my appointment for me, however when I requested an appointment change and offered to pay a deposit or, half of what I will be owing in the future, for the inconvenience. They said no, unless I pay for the parts as well as the insurance deposit. Rude my partner went in there to ask for a quote to paint his car the manager told him it’s a waste of his time and he should just get rid of his car and then said it would look like shit if he did it himself
