I just moved in so it is hard for me to rate. The building is very clean and in good condition. It is laid out with the lobby in the center with 3 wings with about 12 apartments on each wing and stairs at the end of each wing and a central stairway. It is 3 stories high. The rooms have a galley kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, coat closet and a long hall closet that can be used as a pantry and for storage.
