I hired this company for a $229 AC tune-up, and they claimed everything "looked great." They washed the outside of the unit but didn’t take it apart—allegedly because it was too complex. We're a regular customer of Vincent Heating & Cooling. While being away for this weekend, I was checking the temperature in our house via smart thermostats and saw that the house was 57 degrees! Called Vincent up for a service call on Friday at 1:30 pm. They were in the area and 2 pm were at the house for service! Our daughter let Steve in to investigate our heating problem. Steve diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and was out within 20 minutes! Thank you to Steve and Vincent's technical service personel!
