Excellent experience. I called the office to inquire about coming in to the office to handle an insurance matter, and instead, the gentleman I spoke to handled everything over the phone in about 5 minutes right then and there. There was no fumbling with an automated answering service, navigating a complex labyrinth of menus, hoping to get to an actual human being who is located in a call center in some remote part of the world.
