Very disappointed in the staffing of this office. I broke my ribs and suffered a concussion. Went to St Luke's and was referred here for follow up. Was told I need to be seen in 5 days, it's been a few days shy of a month, in pain, can't keep going to the ER for followup care...my appt is today and they call to reschedule me in another MONTH. The staffing is not on their A game at all.
Wow my previous primary care was great but Dr Fortunato seems like tops. I am hoping he can be my primary care for many years.
Dr.Fortunato truly cares about his patients. He is excellent at diagnosis and treatment. Best of the best!
Dr. Fortunato is really tuned in to his patient's concerns/issues. He's been correct each time, diagnosing me, when I've had health issues. I like his caring and concern for his patients.
What an arrogant man. My mom couldn't hear and told him she's hard of hearing, he continued talking softly, mom said she couldn't hear him. He pulled his mask over briefly and yelled at her then went back to talking softly. Told her to move away from him, didn't inspect her leg where she had an injury, just overall showed little concern and lack of respect. We think he is most likely not interested in helping the elderly.
