Great doctor BUT as an exisiting patient with emergency these doctors at GA Urology are booked weeks out. Even when bleeding oh well too bad can't get an appoitnment per there receptionist! Poor service in emergency situations! Advanced Urology will work you in and FAST. They have great reviews too!
Dr DiCarlo was very professional and explained everything in a very understandable way. Office staff was polite and efficient. I would recommend their services.
On recommendation from my PCP I visited Dr. DiCarlo for a nagging UTI that's been an issue since the late fall. Both he and his assistant Megan were excellent. I was seen on time (it was an earlier appointment of the day) and felt like I was listened to will all of my concerns. GA Urology - Woodstock staff greeted me immediately, was courteous and confirmed my appointment. Within 5 minutes I was taken to examination room. Dr. Vincent DiCarlo was very compassionate and asked a lot of question about my well being and general health. Didn't feel like a "number" but a real patient. Very satisfied with my care and course of action.
Dr Vincent DeCarlo is a wonderful, concerned, and patient doctor. He is never in a rush and answers all questions you may have. Highly recommended.
