I hesitated to call her as I read a very poor review on another Web page about how someone had called and emailed Dr. Vincent after being referred to her by insurance. Dr. Vincent never called this individual. She did the same exact thing to me; I, too, had been referred to her by my insurance company. Not returning calls in any field is rude, but for a mental health provider to act that way is shameful and uncompassionate.
