Delayed an hour in waiting room (no biggie) Everyone was nice and courteous UNTIL the MRI technician. She was flat abusive. I have had many catscans and MRIs in my life, but will never return to this place. She did not center me on the table, asked me what type of music, slapped the headphones on my head(literally) with only static, Raised my arms to fix and she started the insertion hitting my arm on the side.
