Vincent if 5 star all the way. He will get it done and give you the best plan. I recommend to friends calling him about any legal issues!!!
Spoke with Vincent for an hour and he was very informative and straightforward. I can't speak to anything else, but the legal advice I received from him was sound and valid. I'm from Long Island too and therefore I wouldn't say he was indifferent to my cause like the previous review, he's just a straight shooter no nonsense kind of guy. Don't expect him to cry over your issues. He will instead give you a logical legal plan of attack with next steps.
Terrible
Vincent Cuocci is a terrible attorney and even worse individual. I was referred to him by Legal Shield. Although my attorney fees, court filings and additional services were covered under my membership, Mr. Cuocci still charged me $500 for an “out of network” fee. I only wanted to reopen a case and when I refused his pressure to open a new case (more money for him) he stopped responding to my calls and emails. This went on for 2 months.
