Got hired for the second shift supervisor position, lasted a week. Made a suggestion to the plant manager ( which is a very young child) about a little bite better way to do something since I was told in the interview that they like to hear suggestions. He did not like to hear how to save time and man power money and let me go two hours into the start of the shift. Needless to say no wonder they cannot find someone to be a shift supervisor.
