Dr. Chan is a wonderful physician and his staff is always very pleasant and helpful.
Rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my 30 years. Don't waste your time here if you desire compassion and courtesy.
Stuck going back to the ER's for my pain and throwing up everything including medicine after my EGD with Dr. Chan. Had an appointment, but your ladies at the front desk are not well trained on their jobs. They took 20 mins to bill my insurance and didn't faze them a bit they made me miss my critical appointment. Today I had the worst experience over the phone. The lady was very rude. It's sad because I take my father here also. But not I'm not sure if I will go here. Dr Chan is amazing but the person that talked to me most have had a bad day or that's just who she is.
