Recommended. I just had a issue with my bill showing up late in the mail, Courtney Snell handled everything and followed up with me the the following month. She is great, 5 of 5 stars. Vince you should give her a raise.

I was in my first vehicle accident a week and a half ago, the next day I got a call from the office to make sure we were all ok. Everyone was very informative and Courtney was very helpful in answering all my questions and inquiries. They made the process super easy!!
he is an awesome agent and he also has Courtney Snell that works for him and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have known that we could save money on our insurance by using the thing that goes in your car to see how safe you're driving is.

Many companies talk about providing great customer service, but often fall short of providing it. Anytime I have needed to call Vince, he has always been friendly and responsive to my inquires. Just the other week, I called to inquire about some changes to my bill. Vince didn't feed me a line, rather he immediately looked into my situation and personally called me back in 5 minutes with answers. He then took the time to answer some additional questions. Thanks Vince and his team member Angela for saving me $600/yr on my car insurance. I was with Progressive for several years with no claims,no points, and on time payments when Progressive raised my rates more than $50 a month! State farm was able to assess my driving history and find me savings!
