I was starting the IVF process with this doctor, and I'm so disappointed because I didn't see any interest in what he does. The communication is poor. Right in the middle of the process, he tells you to do what you've already done. He never knows what's causing your visit, even though he's been treating you for weeks. I felt like I was taking the wrong steps and I stopped continuing this process. He tells you one thing today, another tomorrow. He often forgets things. I think it's his age, since it doesn't help him.
Ver poor communication. I wanted to schedule an appointment and asked where they were located. They told they will next never did. It’s terrible. The dude that answered the phone sounded like he was half passed out or something
Communication is very poor with this clinic. I was thinking of starting the fertility process with this doctor, but you make 20 calls and they never answer. It's not worth it.
