Our catering was done by Vincent Bianco for our wedding. From our very beginning phone call with Vinny, we knew this is who we wanted to work with. Each step, every few months he would check in. Any changes I asked, were made instantly. He guided us, answered every phone call, email in such a timely manner. Beth was so helpful, so kind & truly runs such a great wait staff. They just catered our wedding on 6/21/26 and every single guest, truly, every single guest said it was THE BEST food at a wedding they'd ever had. Being so patient with all of our questions throughout the process of our wedding. He was thorough and quick to respond whenever we needed him.
